Participation charges for 41st India International Garment Fair(IIGF) are as per table given below for the reference of interested companies looking to exhibit at the popular show.

From the forthcoming edition, IIGF will take place at Apparel House, Gurgaon, exhibitors can have booths at Exhibition Hall of Apparel House or in the Showrooms of Apparel House. Participation charges are as  under:-

1. For 9 sq, mtrs. stall in Exhibition hall for 41 st IIGF would be Rs. 75000/- + Service Tax, as applicable

2. Participation charges for 18 sq, mtrs. stall in Exhibition hall for 41 st IIGF would be Rs. 1,75,000/- + Service Tax, as applicable.

3. Participation charges for 36 sqm Rs. 3,75,000/- + Service Tax, as applicable

4. The participation charges for booking of the showrooms will be as follows: -

The booking of booth is subject to availability.

The applications for participation in the 41 st IIGF would be scrutinized by the Associations. The applicant should display primarily apparel products only.

The cheques/demand drafts for booking of stalls in Exhibition halls would be in favour of IGFA payable at Gurgaon. The cheques/demand drafts for booking in showrooms would be in favour of AEPC payable at Gurgaon.
