The Buyers’ Lounge for International buyers & VIP

Situated on the third floor of the India Expo Mart, the International Buyers’ Lounge, as the name suggests, is targeted specifically to attract overseas business. At this lounge, overseas buyers are provided with all the facilities they require to communicate and plan their activity.

The lounge has the state-of-the-art facilities, such as suitable conference space for 8 to 10 people’s meeting, computers with printers, a cloak room, Plasma TV sets, etc. A library of international standards is on the cards as well.

The company may set up more such VIP lounge to provide for any rush that may arise in any event.

Business Centre

The Business Centre has been created to provide buyers with access to the Internet, fax machines, photocopiers, printers, and CD burning equipment.

 

 

 

Meeting Rooms & Conference Halls

The India Expo Centre & Mart has several conference rooms available, where the sellers can meet prospective buyers, make presentations, and generally conduct business meetings. The availability of multiple conference halls enables multiple conferences between different buyers and sellers to happen simultaneously; no one is inconvenienced to have to wait for meeting rooms to be available. There are two meeting rooms available, one on the ground floor and another on the third floor. These can seat anywhere between 8 to 10 people. Besides, there is another conference room in the International Buyers’ Lounge on the third floor, which can seat up to 10 people.

All these meeting and conference rooms are wi-fi hotspots, i.e. people in these rooms can easily connect to the Internet. Audio-visual aids such as OHPs (overhead projectors), etc. are also available on request.

Pantries

There are pantries on all the floors of the India Expo Mart. Each of these is equipped with tea and coffee dispensers, as well as mouth-watering snacks. The pantries are also equipped with machines to dispense soft drinks. The pantries are run by the Food and Beverages department of the mart on profit centre based, and are open from early in the morning to late in the night.

Cafeteria

The India Expo Mart is equipped with a fully equipped modern cafeteria. Located on the first floor (CFB), the cafeteria can accommodate up to 160 guests at a time. The cafeteria provides fast food products prepared under strict supervision to ensure the highest quality. The cafeteria also meets the extremely high standards of hygiene set in the India Expo Mart.

Restaurants

The first floor of the India Expo Mart also houses a multi-cuisine restaurant. With an ambience to make all guests feel at home and comfortable, the restaurant provides lunch buffets and dinner to all guests & can accommodate approximately 134 guests at a time. The food is delicious and cooked under supervision to ensure it meets the highest standards of hygiene.

Fine Dining Restaurant - Third Floor (Mart Area)

Besides, there is another restaurant in the Mart area, which is also a multi-cuisine restaurant. This restaurant is slightly smaller, and can seat 90 people at a time.

 

 

 

 

Banquet Hall - Second Floor (CFB)

Besides the restaurants, the India Expo Mart also boasts of a magnificent banquet hall, and can accommodate up to 1000 people at a time. The food available ranges from Indian to Continental cuisine. Buffets are available as well.

The banquet hall is totally wi-fi enabled, so meaning that guests can access the Internet from here, and can also make use of projectors and other audio-visual aids that are available on request. The banquet hall, therefore, is ideal for holding large scale lunches and dinners, as well as making presentations to large delegations of people.

Conference Area

The Conference Area includes the banquet hall as well, as this can also be used to hold conferences. Besides the banquet hall, the conference area in the India Expo Mart includes a conference room, meeting rooms and a VIP lounge.

In-house Travel Counter

This counter has been set up to help buyers plan out their travel plans. Besides, buyers can also make use of the taxi and shuttle service available to ferry them from the Mart to their place of stay. There is also a left luggage counter which acts as a holding area for the buyers luggage.

Information Desk

The Information Desk inside the entrance in to the CFB the Mart is one place where buyers can go to avail any information and assistance they require.

Touch screen

Since the mart is a huge place, buyers may like to have immediate & instant information of the entire view at one place, on his arrival. To accomplish this, touch screens are located all across the Mart. Buyers can make use of these to acquaint themselves with the layout of the Mart, so that they can go from one point to another easily.

The India Expo Centre & Mart also boasts of state-of-the-art electronics systems and computer appliances as well. The entire mart is wi-fi enabled, allowing buyers access to the Internet from any point in the mart. There are also PDAs to enable buyers to make notes about vendors they are interacting with. These notes can later be updated from the PDAs to their profiles on the Mart website. Buyers can also view alerts about the latest schemes and discount packages being offered at the different vendor locations within the mart. They can also view customized alerts on the discounts and other such schemes being offered by vendors in the area they are currently in.

Besides, the mart also provides the latest in telecommunications to registered buyers. Registered buyers can make use of the VoIP phones available at the Mart.

ADDITIONAL FACILITIES TO MART OWNERS & EXHIBITORS

The India Expo Mart also provides adequate facilities to the vendors and exhibitors as well.

• Logistics and Support
The India Expo Mart has the most upgraded facilities when it comes to logistics and support for the exhibitors. Exhibitors too can make use of the Information Desk at the entrance of the India Expo Mart. The company has established panel of vest vendors for supply Logistics & Services forth with in case of any requirement from the exhibitors.

• Hardware Store/Stand Construction Counter
There is also a hardware store and a stand construction counter. These are there to assist vendors in setting up their stands before an exposition, trade fair, or any such event.

• Business Centre

Besides, all mart owners are provided with video conferencing facilities and also usage of the VoIP phones. They can also utilize the regular conferencing facilities available at the Mart.
